Labscope Essentials (Hands-On)

This class covers the maneuvering and set-up, waveform capture, interpretation, storage and retrieval using the three most widely used scopes in our industry today, the Snap-On Modis/Verus/Zeus, Autel MaxiScope and the Pico scope.
Learn the capabilities as well as the limitations with certain pieces of diagnostic equipment. Learn to use your scope to its full capability.
Learn trigger levels, types, slopes, how and when to use them to your advantage. Learn the benefits of utilizing your scope, current probes in combination with other test procedures to take your testing to a whole other level to arrive at quick, concise assessments of the problem at hand.
This class covers In-Cylinder waveform capture and analysis as well as Intake Manifold pulse and Exhaust Pulse analysis for engine mechanical and misfire analysis as well as crankcase pressure pulses to locate cylinder sealing defects. We utilize overlay software to make problem identification much easier.
