This course is designed for technicians looking to strengthen their understanding of modern alignment services.
Classroom Training
Dive into the fundamentals of wheel alignment, including types, processes, and key alignment angles such as camber, caster, total toe, toe geometry, thrust angle, and steer ahead. Learn how these angles impact tire wear and vehicle handling, and gain confidence interpreting alignment printouts.
Hands-On Shop Training
Put your knowledge into action with guided, real-world practice. Training includes proper Hunter alignment system compensation, caster measurement, and printout production. Participants will perform control arm adjustments for camber and caster, achieve a level steering wheel using WinToe, and explore common OE adjustment methods. Steering angle sensor resets using Hunter’s CodeLink device (if available) will also be covered.
