In this type of class, we delve into the details of the different maintenance services that shops offer. These services include things like transmission, coolant, differential, brake, and power steering services. We talk about why these systems require attention, what the services entail, when to recommend them, and how to talk to customers about them. I typically try pick no more than 3 services to talk about in a session, because it tends to result in information overload. This is a more basic class that is geared towards new/young service advisors and technicians
